NYT covers FCC report on slow internet connection problems

Just found a good article regarding the FCC internet report. The article is over at the New York Times website. The article says that the high cost of broadband is stopping millions of people from signing up for high speed internet access so they are stuck on slow internet connections being delivered by dial up.
